The Mumpreneur Conference and Awards 2010
The Mumpreneur Conference is an event that will recognise the achievements of the UK’s mumpreneurs and inspire more women into business. The day has been organised as a way for this community of mums to get together and celebrate one anothers achievements, no matter how big or small, as well as providing opportunities for the attendees to move forward in growing their business in a way that will fit around their family commitments. The event will include speakers, seminars and networking.
So after months of planning I’m heading to conference on Friday and can’t wait. I’m meeting up with Sarah Sharp from FamiliesRecommend on the train journey down, so no doubt time will fly. I’m writing a blog post for her about Jolly Phonics and how parents can help and encourage their children learn to read and write. The interactive premise behind Jolly Phonics makes it fun for kids, now that’s got to be good news for everyone involved.
